I have tried all the methods on the community itself but to no avail. I only bought this in April 2020. May I know how you can help me?

It might mean needing a new watch. My husband has had his Versa 2 for 3 years and realized a few days ago his HR monitor portion quit working back in August (he rarely syncs his to the app to really look at data). He just ordered the new watch that is coming out after trying to troubleshoot it.
