Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working after the update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

ik heb teruggaan naar fabrieksinstellingen geprobeerd en het resultaat blijft;

de hartslagmeter doet het niet meer.

wat kan ik zelf nog doen?

hoe kan mijn Versa 2 gerepareerd of vervangen worden?

=============

My heart rate monitor seems "dead", no green lights, no registration of any heart beat.

I tried turning watch on/of,

I tried  resetting the watch

I tried back to  factory settings

No green lights, no heart beat regiatration, nothing.

All after installing the new software version.

What can I do myself to repare the watch/

what have i got to do to replacement

Support's answer is, since we tanked your Fitbit with the latest update, you have to go buy a new one.

@Niteowlcop Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums.

Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

For more information about our warranty, see fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty.

If you have any further questions about the outcome of your support case, please feel free to get back in touch with our team so they can continue assisting you.

Problem for me and many others is the fact that the update caused the
problem. That many Versa's did not just magically stop working at one time
by coincidence of the update. Fitbit needs to fix this issue.
