My Versa 2 heartrate monitor just randomly decided to stop working, 200$ worth of money reduced to waste !! What is going on ?? how do i get this fixed, Did a factory reset, tried multiple setting issue still persists !

Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount towards a new Fitbit product instead of a replacement of your existing Fitbit product. Our limited warranty provides repair or replacement of products that have a defect while still in the warranty period. Your device is out of the warranty period, and therefore is not eligible for repair or replacement, but we want to offer you a discount to thank you for your loyalty to Fitbit.

They did nothing just told me its outta warranty n told me thyd give me a discount to invest my hard earned money in another device !!
Guys it is an issue with something fitbit did, a hell lot of people r facing this issue, its not a one off, u shoul owe that the isaue is at yr end & fix it not give diacounts for people to invest more money into yr products, extremely dissapointed!!!
