The heart rate monitor on my Versa 2 was working sporadically, then finally stopped working all together. The green lights no longer flash, my sleep isn'trecorded and my calories burned aren't properly recorded. I've searched the forums for a solution but have yet to find one that works. So far I have tried syncing the watch from the app with the heart rate on/off/then on again, and I've done a factory reset. Still, the issue persists. According to my watch, it has an activation date of 06/21/2020, so it's not that old. What should I try next?

Get it replaced under warranty from where you bought it or contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

I have this issue, I contacted technical support after restarting it and checking the settings, they offered me 35% off a new one, I paid $230 and after just over a year of running it died and that is all they offered me, there is no way I am going to buy another one just to have it die in a year, I took a chace on fitbit because they were supposed to be the best and that is how they back their product, I have known companies that it didn't matter how long it was if certain things happened they would replace it, I will never support fitbit again

They did same to me. why would i buy another one even with a 35% off since this is a known issue and that’s the best they can do? I need this Fitbit. I am a part of our company’s healthy living competition and sleep tracking is a part of it. And every time they asked me to factory reset it. I lose my data. So this will be my last fitbit.
