Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working

G'day all,

I received my versa 2 as a gift about 6 months ago, and all was well until a couple weeks ago in which the heart rate monitor stopped working (no green light emitted, or anything). I've been surfing around on this forum for a fair bit and have tried everything to get it working again (checked to see if HR was turned on on the watch, turned HR off and on again, restarting the watch, re-synced it in all manner of combinations, cleaned the watch). Eventually I factory reset it, but even that didn't fix it. Anyone know what's going on or how I can get HR working again?

I too received the Versa  2 as a gift 6 months ago and around midnight 3days ago it stopped working. I wear it all the time and have been real careful with it.  It has not been dropped or got wet or anything like.  

The only thing I found was to turn it off and reset it.  How do you turn off? I find it strange that it stopped working at midnight while being worn....

I'm pretty sure you can turn off the watch as well as the heart rate monitor in the settings app in the watch, or by pressing down the power button for a bit to shut it down.

Restarting seems to have fixed the issue with the heart rate monitor.  Thank you.  I hope you are able to get yours working.  Maybe customer support.  Thank you,Jennifer
