I have a problem with my versa 2 - it’s is a replacement I received fairly recently after issues with my last watch.
this morning my heart rate monitor was freezing - I did a work our showed 95bpm throughout then I reset the watch and it got stuck on 85bpm for a while. However now it is showing nothing no reading a no green light on the back.
i have downloaded the latest software this morning
I have reset and restarted the watch
I have charged the watch
I have made sure the heart rate monitor is on , on the watch
i have contacted support via twitter and still waiting for a response
this is my second watch in 9 months
Any help or ideas?
