My heart rate monitor stopped working a couple weeks ago. The light on the back of the vers 2 doesn't come on at all. I have tried everything, resetting the versa, turning it off and on, deleting the app and reinstalling it, turning heart rate monitoring off and on but nothing works. It is only a year old.

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa 2. It sounds like you have tried the things I would recommend already, so I believe the next step is to contact customer service HERE. Fingers crossed they have a way to fix the issue for you.
