Hi! The issue with my Heart rate started this week. Lights on the back of the Versa 2 not flashing at all. Setting for Heart Rate is On. Already tried, cleaning the back, pressing with my fingers, Hard reset by pressing the Power buttons for several seconds until rebooted. Last was the Factory reset. Still no lights on the back of my Versa 2. Any Help?

 

Version is 35.72.1.9

 

Also found that light on the back of versa 2 turnes on the green light but only if I press really hard with my finger. So I believe that it is malfunctioning. Any Support fro fitbit please.
