Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working

I’ve had my FitBit for just over a year and this past week, the heart rate sensor has quit working on me. My heart rate lights don’t work. I’ve removed Versa from app, removed app from phone, reset versa and restored the watch to factory settings. I’ve cleaned the back of watch, cleaned my arm and lights still don’t flash. Also doesn’t receive calls or notifications after recent updates.
