Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working

Both heart rate and sleep monitor not working tried everything even spoke to the Center but still no luck.. green light on back only works with my finger pressed to it.. there sending a replacement hope this one works or I may have to change watch to another. If anyone has sorted there’s be glad of advice

If the steps they've provided you didn't work, I'm afraid there are not troubleshooting steps left for you to try. Good news is you're getting a replacement!

Yes thank you.. they are sending new one just thought I’d put it out there again just in case I missed anything... strange it works on my finger but not my wrist

Hello

 

im waiting on a replacement as the watch works on my right but not on left.. been reading a lot from other users and I thinks it’s because I have 2 full sleeve tattoos.. if that’s the case I’m very disappointed. This issue should of been corrected and made public advising that it may not work on ink covered wrists.. or put another sensor on the watch as my charger 2 has 2 green lights where as the versa only has 1 which makes a huge difference. But I have been told the Apple Watch is the same... I train a lot in the gym and use my watch for everything so not to be able to use this new one is if that’s the case is quite annoying. We will see what the replacement does.. or it’s a refund for me.
