Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working

Hi there can anyone help my versa 2 heart monitor just stopped working and I have tried everything suggested on the forums and the resets and nothing works , I don’t know what to do now as that was the function I needed the most can someone help me please , it just won’t work no matter what I do x

I too am having the same issue. It's not something I ever paid attention to but I can recall it never worked from the day I unboxed it. It was bought brand new from a store and initially I had a very difficult time trying to get it to connect Via Bluetooth for months on end, it finally did. I guess I was so accustomed to it not working properly that I was just elated and thankful that I was connected and didn't care about the fact that it wasn't working properly or doing what it's main job was which is to inform me of my heart rate.i didn't pay half price for it so I don't expect it to work half the time and I didn't pay partially so it could partially work, I paid full price so I expect it to work fully! I try chatting and it doesn't work, just a blank screen. Next step is a call
