On my versa 2 the greenlight/sensor wont work. Also the HR and sleepsensor dosent work. I have tried to restart the watch as it says in the manual but it wont work. Anyone else got this problem? What more can i do?

I have tried that to, for some days ago it worked but then after one day it stopped again 😟
Aah maybe its just broken 🙄

Thanks @Spjuttan - before giving up on it try a factory reset but there is a risk it kills the watch entirely. If it works it will need setting up all over again and may still not solve it if the watch is faulty or has got wet.
In the watch Settings, About menu, you will find the factory reset. Once you click on it do not touch the watch for at least 5 minutes, best done when it's well charged.
While it is resetting, remove the Bluetooth entry for it from the phone and logout of the Fitbit app and restart the phone for good measure.
In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and device photo and Gallery tile and make a note of the names of any clocks or apps [screenshots will suffice] you use and then go back and click "+ Set up a device" and replace once you have the initial setup display on the watch.

@Guy_ thank you! I did try this this evening but it did not work 😟 then it must be the watch that is faulty. Thank you anyway 🤗

ok @Guy_ , now I tried restarting it a couple of times again and now it works. let's see how long it lasts. last it lasted overnight
