Hi! I use versa 2, sense my heart beat monitor does work, just shows _ _. I tried everything, syncing, reinstalling still doesn't work, neither I see the green light that used to flicker. I really need this feature for some health related issues.

In addition to the steps you have done so far, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Marre, thank you so much for taking the time to explain the steps thoroughly and I followed the same. Still my device doesn't track my heart rate and shows _ Can you please recommend the next steps. Adding a picture for reference. Please let me know the next steps.
