I’ve read through but no answer for this... I’ve tried all steps and was working through this with live chat. Heart rate is no longer reading or showing on my versa 2. We tried the change in settings and syncs and then did the factory reset. Then the live chat rep said to chat again if it did t work.... (at 458pm) when it started up at 502pm it wasn’t working and now I conveniently not speak to live chat. So im stuck with a broken watch. Any suggestions?
