Versa 2 heart rate not working properly.

Ever since the latest update, the heart rate sensor has not been working properly.

Seems like this is quite a common issue. following the recent updates, if it was working fine before.

In which case its probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with your heart rate tracking concern, can you please elaborate? In which way is your Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working as they should? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Fitbit not tracking heart rate data at all or is it but inaccurately? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device and let me know how it goes.
