Versa 2 heart rate only working on inside of wrist.

Hi all-

I have a new Versa 2, and the heart rate monitor only works if I wear the watch with eh face on the inside of my wrist.  Is there any way to get it to work wearing normally on the outside of the wrist?  Wearing on the inside is uncomfortable and conflicts with typing on my laptop, which I do a lot.

Do you have tattoos, it doesn't work with people with tattoos

Is this true?! I have tattoos on the outside of my wrist but not the inside. My versa 2 only works when worn on the inside of my wrist and I have been trying to work out why! Thank you so much for posting this. Where did you hear about this?
