I’ve used Fitbit for 5 years 4 different models. Currently the versa. They have all SUCKED for heart rates. I’m sick of it reading 20-60 beats lower than reality. DANGEROUS when you are trying to hit a peak rate. Wear it up higher, wear it looser, blow on it and wish for the best. These things are so finicky I decided today I’m done with Fitbit. I use it for one thing, tracking fitness and today I realized I’m tired of how lousy a job it does at that. My 20 year old elliptical gets a better heart rate measurement than any Fitbit ever has. The technology is flawed. Plus every update wipes out my clock face. It’s garbAge. I just realized that. Why did it take so long? You have post after post of people saying how bad the heart rate sucks. How about improving it?
