Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working or flashing

Heart rate sensors stopped working and flashing. I did a factory reset and toggled the heart rate on and off but still not working. Seemed to stop working after last software update was working fine till then!

I have done this multiple times and has not worked! Very frustrating as was working fine till last update
