My heart rate monitor stopped working. I have completed the factory reset and it is still not working. Please help fix it.

You are much more patient than me. While I understand paying $260 is not exactly high end, I expect more than 20-months. Then after reading how common this issue is, why would anyone consider buying a second FitBit for even more? It’s not the money - it’s the principle. I get product issues - stand behind your products if you truly care about reputation and customer service. Stuff your 35% - buy customer loyalty by blowing us away with a substantial discount on an upgraded product. The actual watch costs next to nothing.
