Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working

I woke up early to workout today and checked my sleep. It tracked it. But when I went to workout, the light wasn’t working and no heart rate was being tracked.I have tried resetting it and syncing with no luck.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for restarting your Versa 2 before posting over here. If the heart rate sensors of your device are not working as they should, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
