Hi! Since few days my watch stopped monitoring my heart beat, sleep and oxygen. The light does not work any more. I have searched the community and did every troubleshooting steps mentionned before posting.
Meaning reboot, deactivated and reactivated the function, turn off the watch. I even took it out for few hours and let it sit on my desk!
Still, there is no lights at all at the back of my watch. On the screen, there are 2 dotted lines beside the heart instead of the regular heart rate.
I did not drop nor bang my watch. It just happened!
Please, could you help me with this issue?
By the way, the watch is less than a year old. I bought it last december.
