Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working

Yesterday during my workout I noticed my heart rate kept saying115 to 120 and I was doing cardio so it should have been alot higher then it just stopped working all together. I got home I did all the troubleshooting it said to do and still it doesn't work! 

I haven't had this Fitbit versa a year yet..I wouldn't think if would be failing on me already! Has this happened to anyone else

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
