Since New Year’s Day my versa2 is no longer tracking heart or sleep. The green sensor light is no longer on. I’ve checked HR is turned on I’ve reset it numerous times I’ve uninstalled the app. Turned blue tooth on and off and disconnected and reconnected I’ve charged the battery and nothing is working! The Fitbit is just over a year old. How can it suddenly just stop! I’m reluctant to buy a new Fitbit as I brought it as its battery lasted longer than my Apple Watch for a full shift(12hrs) now it’s not giving me any information ( basically it’s now a overpriced timepiece ) not what I purchased it for!
many other ideas as ive exhausted all what they suggest !

To better assist you with this issue, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing or are they completely unresponsive? Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.

I'm having the exact same issue. Mine since Sunday the 3rd. No flashing in the back, heart rate monitor, no sleep monitoring.

Hello, yes I did try those trouble shooting options with no success. The flashing lights on the back are unresponsive. This is the first time I have had this issue

I have also been having this same issue for the past week. I’ve tried trouble shooting, even reverted to factory setting with no luck. My sensor lights stay off. And my HR was stuck at 77. Once I reverted to factory settings the HR was stuck at non responsive “- -“.
I’ve never had this problem before. This is super frustrating, as now it’s not tracking anything.

Hello! Same issue here with no HR, sleep or steps per hr reporting since 6 Jan. I've attempted several troubleshooting suggestions with no success. This is not my first issue with the device in the year I have had it. Please advise.

fitbit have not even responded so I take it it’s a no to how it can be fixed.
mines just sitting on the table as it’s not worth wearing it if it does not do what I brought it for! Now looking for an alternative that’s not apple.

I think this is a ploy to make us buy a new Fitbit be it the versa 3 or the other new one!

Make sure you contact support. There must be an issue with the actual devices.

My Versa 2 heart rate monitor stopped working a couple of days ago as well. It’s the first time it’s happened. There are no more flashing green lights on the underside of the tracker. I’ve tried multiple shutdowns and resets. And a factory restore. HR monitor still doesn’t work. My Versa 2 is only just over a year old. Not ok....

I reported an issue with my Fitbit in the 5th January. I'm still waiting for a response 😞
It's less than a month old.

I am having the same problem, as well as the SPO2 not working. This started with the latest update. I tried everything that has been suggested on the forums. Fully charged watch, checked all the settings, turned heart off and back on, made sure I have latest update, etc. I did everything that customer support told others that are having the same issue. I was told a ticket had been put in some time ago, and am still waiting for them to reply. Frustrated !
