Versa 2 not working. Back of watch sensors not working, HR null.
Spoke to someone in advice chat and we turned off HR, did a reboot and sync.
Nothing changed. They said to wear my watch up higher up my wrist.
After logging off that chat (seemed somewhat useless) I did a factory reset and still nothing. Not really impressed and seeing many other FitBit users having the same issue.

unfortunately it issue wasn’t resolved.
min hoping somewhere down the line we can find out what’s happening with my watch.
