I have done everything I know I can.
Hard factory reset and still not working.
Also removed it and relinked it to fitbit app heart rate is still not working.
Strap tight enough.
Also checked the settings and they are set at the correct option.
Anyone else have the same issue?
There is nothing more I know I can try.

They are not responding. Asked for manager nothing. Not good enough!! Horrendous customer service of a loyal customer. Who will no longer be if
not sorted out today.
