Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working

My heart rate tracker isn’t working, there are no green sensors on the back. I’ve shut it down and turned it back on and I have done a factory reset but there are still no green lights

Hey Ricardo, none of the other trouble shooting options are working and I still have no heart rate. Is there anything else I can do?
