Versa 2 heart rate sensors not working

My versa 2 heart rate monitor is not working. The green lights are not flashing any more.
I tried the following to resolve this:
1) cleaned the device thoroughly
2) switched heart rate on / off on device
2) reset the device
3) Switched it off
4) factory reset
5) deleted app and re-installed it

Still no reading ... pls help.

Hi Ricardo. I started having the same issue as of 3.25pm 22/1/21 AEST. Factory reset etc etc completed to no avail. My activation date was 2019-09-25 version 35.72.1.9

i do not see any diodes active on the rear.

Same issue. Reset,etc. still not tracking heart rate properly. Working fine before update, now nothing.

So took mine back to the store and advised as it had a 2 year warranty they would replace it in store. Had to update it prior to use but no issues so far.

I’m having the same issue too. I am getting very disappointed with Fitbit as this is a second major issue for me. I had to get a replacement a year ago and now this.
