I have tried all options I have read on here including a full reset.Still no green light on back and not tracking.. It is a little less than a year old. Any help?

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified there to fix the heart rate sensors of your Versa 2. I have tried everything that you guys have suggested. I still have no heart rate reading and no light on back of the versa 2. Believe it is still under 1 years since purchased

Absolutely nothing to do with the tracker...Versa 2 owners got screwed with new update once again!
