Versa 2 heart rate stopped working

So sick of Fitbit. Will not be purchasing one again. This is my 3rd Fitbit and like clockwork work, it has stopped functioning after about a year and a half…nearing the end of my warranty or just after. Always the same…Herat rate tracker stops working. I’ve spoken with Fitbit reps who have tried to help. One time, it did work, but only for a few more months. The wristbands always break so you need to buy new ones. I’m done.
