Hello AndreaFitbit. I like to know since you are a Fitbit Moderator if you can let someone in the higher ups know that their last firmware update has cause Versa 2 owners great grief. This has shut off the sensors and no longer do we have sleep monitoring, heart pulse readings, or oxygen readings. It’s next to impossible to get someone that has knowledge of these issues to help us. Customer service procedures have done nothing and even a supervisor has done nothing to resolve or escalate this issue. See what you can do for us. Thank you 🙏🏼
