I’ve reached out to customer support and they’ve started to try to figure this out but haven’t been able to help me yet. My Fitbit for the last 16 hours or so has decided my heart rate is always between 125 & 140, so I was doing cardio in my sleep last night! I’ve restarted my phone and the Fitbit and reset the Fitbit and reinstalled the app and nothing has fixed it. It seems like it’s maybe working ok at first after a restart but as soon as I open the app it kicks up from 70bpm to 130bpm even though I’m sitting at my computer writing. Any one else having this problem? Mines a Versa2 and I have an iPhone 11
