My versa 2 heart rate monitor is stuck in 71bpm for 17 days now so I can't get my actual heart rate and won't record my sleep patterns my main reason for the fit bit

Please try restarting your Versa, @FarrahS . Instructions can be found here. Note: The Back button is the one at the left.

The heartrate on my Versa 2 constantly gets "stuck." It will freeze on one heart rate until I restart it, which I do multiple times a day. It also stopped recording my nighttime heart rate and exercising heart rate. Restarting my watch several times a day will reset the real-time heart rate, but has not fixed the sleep or exercise issues. Any chance this is related to a software push for the new community testing initiative?

Same problem. The green lights are no longer working. Only when I restart the Fitbit, it will work for a minute

Same problem for me, the lack of acknowledgement from the support team makes me think this is a known issue, probably related to a recent software update.

Once all of the green lights stop functioning, it means the monitor is fried. Fortunately, mine was under warranty and I was able to get a replacement. It took six weeks before I received it (FitBit uses SmartPost - which is a complete joke) but it finally arrived and has been working without any issues.

The warranty is one year for new units.

Still no responses from Fit Bit? Looks like it's been over a month. I'm having this issue, and I really need my heart rate tracked badly!

Fitbit's customer service isn't the best. You might want to try reaching out to them via social on Twitter and/or Facebook.

Happening to me now as well.   I opened a case, but seems like I might be out of luck.    Seems like a common problem from what I see in the replies.  My versa is from 2019 so I will probably be out of luck on a warranty replacement.
