Hi there,
I've had this Versa 2 for half a year already (got it in late November, early December). I've had no problems until now, after the recent update.
The problems I'm having currently are:
- heart rate (sp02) monitor not working, neither red or green is blinking
- smartwatch restarts by itself often
- receiving no notifications, when Bluetooth AND wifi is on
I've tried all the troubleshooting solutions, such as force closing the app on my smartphone, reinstalling the app, logging off the app, restarting the smartwatch, factory resetting the smartwatch, etc.
I'm at a wit's end. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi @DimSumLee, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the heart rate tracking, notifications and sudden restarts issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, I would like to know how the factory reset was performed. Was it done as it follows? Open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.
