The heart rate on the versa 2 does not read the heart rate properly when I’m exercising, sometimes the heart rate screen is blank and does not show a heart rate when exercising.
I tighten the watch on my wrist and it still does not read the heart rate, or it works intermittently. There are also times when the reading on the heart rate is clearly wrong. For example, while exercising it will show a heart rate reading of something as low as 45 bpm while I’m doing intense workout when the heart rate should be closer to 130 or 160 bpm. All these issues of course results in a lower calorie tracking than the reality.
very frustrating

Hi @Voniel, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Heart-rate tracking can be affected by several factors including air temperature and device location on your arm. For more information about this, please check our help articles:
However, if your heart-rate tracker seems inaccurate after taking the recommendations into account, please reply with answers to the following questions so I can further investigate:
I'll be waiting for your reply if further assistance is needed.

I notice the problem when I am exercising as that is the only time I pay attention to my heart rate.
the problem usually happens when I am exercising and not using my hands much for example when I am on a Stair climbing machine or a spinning bicycle or when I am doing a leg workout which does not involve using my hands much.
When I notice it, I usually have to swing my hands back and forth for it to start reading the heart rate again.
Sometimes I tighten the watch on my wrist but that doesn't work either.

When wearing the device during exercise, is comfortable on my hand. Neither tight nor loose.
I also place the watch away from my wrist bone or wrist joint. The sensor is also placed at the back of my hand
