My versa 2 heart rate doesnt pick up. It is stuck on sept 15 i have restarted it. It then wouldnt come back on. When i did come back on 5 days later it was still stuck on sept 15 and 650. Why is it not working? Wont sync. It is almost 2 yrs old.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
