Versa 2 heart rate tracking not working

I noticed that my fit bit versa 2 is not displaying my heart rate. I'm not sure how to fix this it just doesn't seem to work ? It won't register if I'm sleeping or working out either

To better assist you with this inconvenience, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing or are they completely unresponsive? Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time? If you haven't already done so I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps to fix the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit device.

I'm sorry to know that the heart rate sensors of your device aren't flashing at all, can you please let me know what was the outcome of the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post?
