Seriously wish I’d read the complaints on here about the heart rate function (or lack of) on the versa 2 before I bought one. Bought it on the 27th Dec and yesterday, the 29th, the heart rate will only work intermittently. Contacted support twice and they are supposed to be sending me out a replacement, but seriously considering returning to store and getting an Apple Watch instead. I’ve worn a Fitbit for over 2 years with no problems, upgraded to this and not happy at all. Wondering if the replacement will be worth getting.
