Versa 2 heart rate

Heart rate on versa 2 stopped working, but only when tracking exercise. It was stuck at 66 then did a restart, and now it’s stuck at 88. I’ve shut down device but it still doesn’t work. Also isn’t tracking sleep… any tips are appreciated.

Hi @ymh727 - try toggling the heart rate option in the watch settings - with it off restart the watch, then turn it on and restart again. This may fix it if it is a temporary issue but if you are experiencing other issues, short battery life, button or screen not working properly there can be a fault.

Heart rate is needed to detect sleep.

I have the same problem with the HR, but all the other features work. My battery lenghth is 4 days. And my screen and button work perfectly. So these answers were not helpful
