Versa 2 heartrate

I've been wearing fitbits for years without any issues until switching to versa 2. This is my third in 8 days! They're not tracking my sleep or heartrate. Yes the heart rate is turned on and not auto, its positioned correctly on my wrist, it reads my heart in my finger but not my wrist

The mid-January update broke the heart rate monitor, and no actually-relevant Fitbit employee has responded. Either a moderator bot replies with "restart", or the support member suggests replacement.

Thanks, I returned it (for a 3rd time) and bought a knock off
