I've tried doing all the troubleshooting for it but it still won't track heart rate. It was working for the first two days, then I charged it and it hasn't worked since. I've held the button to turn off and restart it about 6 times and it still won't work. The led lights are on and blinking.

My partner bought one this week and the HR monitor has barely worked. This was the main reason he bought the fitbit
