Versa 2 home screen disappeared

Home screen is gone. Rest of faces show up, but don’t function. Won’t restart, just goes to setting up Alexa. Only one light flashing on back, green. No problems until today after over a year and a half. No unusual usage.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here. Seems odd that you're unable to restart your Versa 2, please try the following steps to complete this process and let me know if the issue persists:

1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Same problem here plus couldn't swipe left or right..  I read holding the button in for 10 seconds would help.  It didn't.  I tried 30 seconds and it worked.

Turns out it just needed an update.
