Versa 2 home screen won't swipe

my Fitbit vera 2 has been working ok but recently  my screen has stopped moving i can see how many calories i burn and hearty rate and  steps but i can't move off my main screen if tried and tried if restarted my Fitbit if changed it and nom of it has worked any help would be appreciated as i used my fit bit daily.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the display won't swipe or move through the different screens. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
