Hi @Jagger3309 - you can restart the watch by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

The watch has inbuilt Music controls so look at using those in preference to installing Spotify.

They are free and you won't need to pay for a premium Spotify account.

In addition you can use your clock face or app at the same time and also adjust the volume.
