My Versa 2 has stopped giving me hourly updates for my 250 step count, it also isn’t showing on the app, any ideas please?

First things to do is restart your watch in case it is confused or not syncing properly.
Shut down the watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom, About, at the bottom, Shutdown]
wait a minute
[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears] Wait for the clock to reappear. |

Unfortunately it’s not showing on the app but it does on the watch

For it to show in the App, the watch has to be synced, and its not instant.
If you click on the 250 step tile the figures inside may differ from that on the tile until the whole process is complete.
If you are really interested in steps per hour [amount included] have a look at SImpleClockDuo in clock faces, it keeps an on the watch Steps This Hour History.
