Versa 2 inaccurate calorie tracking and not counting lengths

Over the summer my fitbit versa 2 was counting calories accurately whilst swimming and counted lengths.  Since September it doesn't count lengths anymore nor count calories accurately. I am currently on a calorie controlled diet and this is not helpful for this.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the calories tracking and length count wearing your Versa 2.

My best recommendation would be for you to restart your Versa 2 and make sure you're wearing your Versa 2 correctly.

I am having this issue too, my versa 2 was tracking distance & calories whilst swimming but now it’s giving completely wrong info, 1100m when i know i swam 66x25m lengths & apparently only burnt 39calories?? Have tried restarting & yes I’m wearing it correctly. Any ideas?
