My versa 2 is 10 minutes behind and it seems to keep falling behind even though I have updated, changed time zones, sync'd and the changed time zones again and then sync'd again.

Hi there, @Sab_us. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. @Guy_ @SunsetRunner Thanks for your help!
As mentioned here, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

Hello @Sab_us
Have you tried restarting your Versa? You will not lose any data doing a restart. Just press and hold down the button on the Versa until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. You should feel the Versa vibrate once the restart is complete.
😃 I’m hopefully this will help your time issue on your Versa and provide you an answer to your issue. Please let me know how it goes

Hi @Sab_us - if you manage to sync and set the time correctly and then it falls back quickly if left unsynced for a day, then it is most likely faulty.
I have just synced my Versa after over 3 weeks and it only lost 9 seconds.
If the restart doesn't fix it and it is under warranty, 1-2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one.
You can always chat with Fitbit, via the app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They may take you through a factory reset, but there are risks that it may kill the watch.

I am having a similar problem with my Fitbit. It is sincing just fine so that is not the issue. I tried restarting my Fitbit that did not work, I tried restarting my phone that did not work, I tried having my phone forget the Fitbit and then repairing it. That did not work. In addition, I re-added my Fitbit versa2 as though it were a new device and that did not work. My Fitbit Versa 2 is 2 minutes different than the time on my phone and has been for several weeks. I cannot figure it out.can you help? My phone is a Google Pixel 6.

Hi @LadonnaLR - what you could try is following this article What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
It may seem unorthodox but if your Versa 2 Bluetooth isn't working you will find out.

Hi, I am getting text messages on the Fitbit so the Bluetooth is working, the Fitbit is just 2 minutes slower than my phone all the time.

I also already tried the solution that involved acting as though I lost my Fitbit and this was a new one...that did not work either. Could the Fitbit be getting the time from a source other than the phone...like a wifi signal?

@LadonnaLR - did you try in the Fitbit App, app settings, turn off automatic time zone and location, and then restart and sync the watch.
If that doesn't work change to another time zone and sync and then change back
If it does set the time but it loses time the watch may be faulty.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
