How can i synchronise my Versa 2 it 5 minutes slow and it’s annoying me help!!

If the troubleshooting steps aren't successful in getting the correct time on your Versa 2, hopefully someone in this forum will be able to help you.

Hi there, @mkryan42. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Versa 2 is not syncing and therefore, the time is showing wrong. I understand how annoying this can be. We're here to help you! @RiekoC Thank you so much for moving the post to the correct board and your help!
As ReikoC has suggested, please follow the tips and recommendations from that help article. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa 2 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Lastly, please make sure that your Versa 2 is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?
