Versa 2 is constantly reseting

Hey there,

I've had my Versa 2 for about 8 months now and it has been working perfectly well up until last week when it started constantly resetting itself. It started out slow but has been speeding up, going from resetting itself every 10 minutes to every 5 seconds at this very moment. This resetting also drains my battery super fast, making it run out completely in less than a day. However, there doesn't seem to be a problem when I'm not wearing it, either for charging or just taking it off.

I have already tried factory resetting it through the watches settings and re-syncing it with my phone and that stopped it for a day until it fell back into its cycle.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you very much 🙂

Same problem only now my screen won’t swipe any direction and it is clearly not collecting data on my watch face. I have reset to original watch face and rebooted, recharged.  Fingers crossed that FitBit will help us.
