For the last week or so, my Versa 2 has been counting way too many floors. For example, today I climbed 6 floors, but my tracker counted 184. I’ve installed the latest update and I’ve restarted my tracker, but no luck. It’s worked just fine prior to this with no issues. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi there @Melkr725, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is counting too many floors, I understand where your concern is coming from as it was working fine. Regarding the issue with floors, your device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see: Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
If you want to remove floors from your account, please follow these steps.

I logged 92 floors today and I did not go up even 1 floor. I did take a 4 mile walk which registered accurately. Not sure what to do about it.
