Hi i been using my new versa 2 and today i reached my 10,000 step goal, went back to work and hour so later looked at it and it said it was at 6k, went on think about my day hit the 10k step goal and i noticed it was still counting like it should, i went to sink it to the app the steps transfer as leaving work took the watch off to wash my hands and noticed at the that moment it went back to 0. Since i had Bluetooth one it synced the at back to 0. why this happing, very frustrating!!

Hi there, @Mtb32. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.
While reading your post, I was wondering if you sync your Versa 2 periodically? Did you sync your Versa 2 prior to when this happened?
If you didn't sync your Versa 2 before that walk or not even the day before yesterday, please note that what happened to you is an expected behavior. You should have logged in to sync the tracker before you began wearing it.
If you remember the exact amount of steps or the name of the activity you performed, you can try manually logging the activity. For more information, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Hope this helps and clarifies what happened.
